PAUL ROBINSON is a senior research associate of the Atlantic Institute of Education. He is also a former teacher in Nova Scotia and Alberta.

GEORGE ABELL was the geography department head at Thomas Blakelock Secondary School in Oakville, Ontario. He also participated in the geography curriculum project for Halton County.
