Duncan Miller

Vice-Admiral Duncan (Dusty) E. Miller, CMM, MSC, CD3, (Ret’d) retired from the Royal Canadian Navy in 2003 after serving thirty-eight years. He led the Canadian Naval Task Group into the 1990–91 First Gulf War. In retirement, he became the Chair of the Canadian Corps of Commissionaires as well as Chair of the Canadian Naval Memorial Trust. In 2022, he became the President of the Royal United Services Institute of Nova Scotia. He lives in Halifax.
