SUSAN BIAGI is a native Cape Bretoner who has made the history and culture of the Island her specialty. A historian by training, she is also the author of a companion volume, Louisbourg.

KEITH VAUGHAN is an award-winning photographer who combines his passion for photography with a career as a chemistry professor at St. Mary's University, Halifax.
